Short Overview:

The objective of this project was to completely redesign Simco Management Corporation’s website with a strong emphasis on usability and accessibility. The goal was to create an intuitive platform that would allow prospective renters to quickly browse available apartments, refine their options through advanced search and filtering tools, and seamlessly complete applications online.

The site was developed on a fully responsive, CMS-driven framework, ensuring a consistent user experience across devices while also enabling the client’s in-house team to easily update and manage content. From the ground up, the information architecture was restructured to prioritize clarity and efficiency, guiding users from property discovery to application with minimal friction.

Key technical features include:

  • dynamic apartment listings portal with real-time availability updates
  • custom search filters to help users narrow results by location, price, and amenities
  • a fully integrated online application form

Additional modules were implemented to support Simco’s broader business needs, including an employment portal for job seekers, a blog for company news and updates, and a flexible contact system designed to route inquiries efficiently.

The result is a scalable, user-friendly platform that not only enhances the rental search experience but also streamlines property management workflows and positions Simco for long-term digital growth.
